Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering a company account, applying as a technician, or otherwise using www.machineryfix.in (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. What MachineryFix Does
MachineryFix operates a marketplace connecting factories that need industrial machinery repair with independent, verified technicians. MachineryFix facilitates matching, communication, and payment between the two parties. Technicians providing repair services are independent professionals, not employees of MachineryFix.
3. Company (Factory) Accounts
Companies registering on the Platform agree to provide accurate information about their business, machinery, and service requests. Companies are responsible for reviewing technician proposals and confirming job details before work begins.
4. Technician Accounts
Technicians applying to join the network agree to provide accurate skill, experience, and contact information. MachineryFix reserves the right to verify submitted information and to suspend or remove any technician account found to have provided false or misleading details, or found to have violated safety, quality, or conduct expectations of the Platform.
5. Payments
Payments for services booked through the Platform are processed and held securely until the factory confirms job completion via digital sign-off. Spare parts, where required, are billed separately at prices disclosed to the factory in advance. MachineryFix does not guarantee pricing offered by individual technicians beyond what is explicitly confirmed on the job card.
6. Cancellations & Disputes
Either party may raise a dispute regarding a service request through MachineryFix support. We will make reasonable efforts to mediate disputes between factories and technicians but are not liable for the quality of repair work performed by independent technicians beyond facilitating a resolution in good faith.
7. Limitation of Liability
MachineryFix provides the Platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MachineryFix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or services booked through it.
8. Termination
MachineryFix may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a safety risk to other users of the Platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
